Blue Cheese Dunk

Ingredients

1 cup Stonyfield Fat Free Plain Yogurt
1/3 cup lowfat cottage cheese
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
2 teaspoons thinly sliced scallions, white part only
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Drain the yogurt for 30 minutes according to instruction on How to Make Yogurt Cheese [link to How to Make Yogurt Cheese webpage]. Put the drained yogurt into a medium bowl. Stir in the cottage cheese, blue cheese, scallions. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend all of the flavors before serving.
